It provides manufacture and service for the world’s fashion giants with its companies of ready-to-wear clothing, fashion design, wholesale and retail marketing. The manufactured products are offered to 170 different countries today and the Group is clothing 50 million people worldwide. Şahinler Holding is the founder-operator of the European Free Zone, one of Turkey’s largest private sector industrial projects. Today, the occupancy rate in the European Free Zone has reached up to 99%. Nearly 200 companies, 70% of which are of foreign capital perform export their goods from the free zone. With its trade volume exceeding 3.5 billion dollars, the zone has become a favourite of foreign investors in particular. Most of the exported goods are technology products and those with high value-added. Employing over 8.000 people in total, European Free Zone, despite being one of the most recently established free zones in Turkey, yet it ranks among the top in terms of trade volume. It is also the first free zone holding 5 major quality certificates.
Located in Belek, one of the most popular holiday regions of the world, Club Megasaray is a 5-star holiday village with 1.200 beds on 130 acres of land and recognized with “Golden Key Award” that makes it one of the most powerful facilities in the region. Including its 72 tennis courts and many other sports activities, with its quality food and beverage services, day and night entertainment programs for all ages and its utmost friendly, quality service approach, Club Megasaray, since the day it was established, has hosted tourists of all ages. Having German and Russian guests predominantly, it hosts nearly 70% repeat guests, which is quite rare in the industry. Since its establishment, Club Megasaray hosted over 1 million tourists of all ages.
Megasaray Tennis Academy, established at Club Megasaray in Belek-Antalya in 2019 and with its 72 courts, hosted and continues to welcome prominent international tennis tournaments including Davis Cup and ATP Challenger within the framework of cooperation protocol Turkish Tennis Federation.
Further, Megasaray Football Centre, located within walking distance of Megasaray Club Belek, has been hosting football clubs for camps, tournaments and special matches since 2020, with a total of three football pitches, two of which comply with FIFA standards and one of which is used for training.
The group has expanded its hotel investments with Das3917, located in Kayseri Erciyes. The main building offers 77 rooms, uniquely designed 5 Chalet Rooms, Das Apres, Arete live music bar, Lounge 3917, ballroom, a spa covering 750 m2, main restaurant, mini club and ski slopes. Under the names DAS Sport, Das Art, and DAS Apres, the group combines sports, art, and entertainment to offer a unique experience.
Megasaray Westbeach Antalya began operating under the Megasaray Hotels umbrella in 2022. Located on the world-famous Konyaaltı Beach, one of Antalya’s most beautiful locations, the facility offers 334 rooms in different concepts on an area of 12,000 m2, 334 rooms with different concepts, restaurants offering world-famous flavours such as ‘La Prima Italian A La Carte’ and ‘Lagos Fish A La Carte’ in addition to the main restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, and special meeting and event halls.
Joining the Megasaray Hotels group in 2023, ‘Megasaray Resort Side’ is spread over approximately 40 acres of land, surrounded by forests and the deep blue waters of the uniquely beautiful Tireyengöl Lake. It offers 397 rooms, à la carte restaurants, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and ballrooms and meeting rooms capable of hosting multi-purpose special events.
Another hotel in the group, Megasaray Mount Erciyes, opened its doors in December 2023 with 108 rooms, a spa centre and outdoor thermal pools. Located 2,000 metres above the city centre of Kayseri, at the summit of Mount Erciyes, Megasaray Mount Erciyes offers skiing opportunities on a 103-kilometre-long ski slope.

Teyvaş Catering company, food and beverage branch of the Group, established in 1989, is providing catering and food-beverage services to business centres, factories, educational and health institutions. In addition to the innovations, it has brought to the catering business with its new umbrella brand offering all kinds of services in the field of food and beverage, Teyvaş also makes investments in special day organizations, good agricultural practices and retail sector. Producing food for 22.000 people daily, Teyvaş has implemented the Next Generation Cafeteria business model with its 30 years of experience in catering, food and beverage. With this project, Teyvaş accomplishes turning cafeterias into more functional and contemporary restaurants. Adopting consumer satisfaction as its principle, Teyvaş is appreciated by its customers with its friendly service understanding, production and quality in hygienic environments.
The construction project ‘Westside Istanbul’ launched by Şahinler Holding consists of 1,155 apartments and 116 street shops. It also builds industrial facilities, factories and warehouses through its affiliated construction companies. Now, it is launching the ‘Nesthom Lagün’ project in Istanbul, Büyükçekmece Karaağaç, which will consist of 135 villas. Şahinler Holding aims to enhance Istanbul with environmentally conscious, modern, and habitable structures through its upcoming projects.
